Hi, whirlpool w/m just two weeks out of gaurantee requiring bearings and spider or is it a complete drum?.

Connect not showing any drum parts for this model, part numbers or any info would be a great help.

Have told customer to have a word with shop from where they bought it.

Thank god I am no longer part of the Whirlpool service network as I would be embarassed to let you have this info if I was still doing work for them.

Complete tank for this one part number 480111100347 and looking at last years SIOS it retails at a modest £394.80, it has probably jumped up a bit since then.

Thanks very much for both your reply’s.

Customer phoned this morning to say she had contacted shop about the problem and they have arranged for a whirlpool engineer to visit at no expense to her.

Good service I would say from a small local family business.
