whirlpool awoe 8759b door will not open

called to see this machine 6 weeks ago the door stays locked after a wash and the LED display goes black.I opened the door by going in the top and pushing under the switch the door opened and has worked for 6 weeks. This has happend again and i have opened it the same way but she tells me that the LED display comes on after 5/10 min. it comes up F13 just before the LED goes black. F13 is dispensor circuit error would this stop the door opening and the LED going black and what is a dispensor circuit. can anyone help please Les

Have had a bit of a problem with the door interlock and door latch change both should sort it.
