Whirlpool AWT take water but dont cycle

Program goes normally it takes water and rinse and so on, but drum dont cycle. I have tested machine with other same model working motor but that no helped. Its same like this machine.

Im thinking Pcb problem but is it normal when knob turns normally and do rinse and spinning and stop when wash is over but drum stays all time stopped.

I mean program goes normally but drum not turn. This machine is not electronic control.

Problem solved, it was pcb failure. Its now in dumping area 😆
