    Hi i have ordered a replacement belt for a Whirlpool AWT5108/3 top loader and when i returned to fit it it was too loose, it measures 1242mm. When i look on masterpart and connect it lists this as the right size but it is too big. There is no adjustment on the motor and i have chucked the old one away DOH! has anyone had this problem before any help is appreciated thanks :hmm:

    The correct part number from Whirlpool’s disk for that model is 481235818158 (superseded to 481235818206) which is a 1242J5 so you have the right part in theory

    Wrong model number perhaps of it came from the user manual ? 😕
