hi all,
went out to see this one today door locks, machine dead on certain programs ie. 4 and few others will fill on other program settings with hot valve only, so first checked cold valve ok. no power to cold valve at all on any program, but rest of functions may be ok?? anyway i think maybe pressure switch or timer? removed pipe from timer and still no go havent get blew into pressure switch yet had no pipe with me and couldent get gob down far enough into machine although did try customer started to give me funny looks when started to do some yoga moves!

Simon,

First of all I reckon you meant an AWM321 8)

Not to worry 🙂 with these machines it is important you check everything before condemning the Timer, as they do not fully perform unless all components are fully functional.

I personally would suspect the Motor Brushes as the likely culprit :tup:

Also check the element before ordering a new Timer/module unit 8)

Check the pump while you’re there Simon, if it’s o/c it will cause exactly what you are describing 😉

We KEEP getting broken wires at the pump plug with this range – this breaks the neutral loop and prevents fill. Dave’s probably right.
