Whirlpool AWZ 612 Dryer Element

Hi Guys,

I have three customers on a housing estate with the same whirlpool awz612 washer/dryer – all are showing e13 errors and all have low insulation on the dryer elements. All three machines have no serial numbers anywhere on them and no product code but the element is one I haven’t seen before – it has four double connectors and all I can find is one with a bridged connector (only singles) – can anyone help?

comes up on every variant of the model and there are 10 of them

so it must be able to be fitted somehow

have check one or 2 of the diags and they are hard to decipher but it looks like there are only 2 connections to the element so they both come on together and there is a return wire through a sensor

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the info, I have got four connections to this heater and haven’t got any wiring information so don’t really know where to go from here, any ideas?

wiring diags are a bit weird and difficult to understand
if you let me know which one you have (12nc number ) will send you complete manual

if you don’t know will pick one at random
