Anyone know what E13 is on the above appliance as it doesnt list the fault codes on the sios system.

interlock.machine may sometimes shutdown after e13 has shown up.paul

Hi,

I’ve been asked to go and take a look at an AWZ612 with a E13 fault code on Monday and this is the only info I could find. Not sure how to interpret the answer. Is this suggesting it’s possibly a door interlock problem? Any help appreciated.

E13 is the door lock but you will probably find it is low insulation on the dryer heater

Hi all I’ve also got one of these doing the same but the interlock is firing even do before you press start it’s as soon as you turn the selector from off it starts clicking then faults e 13. I’ve checked the heater motor etc and even disconnect the dryer heater but it’s still the same.

Has anyone had anything similair?
