Whirlpool AWZ 7913 6th sense tumble dryers

Hi Guys

My first time on here so take me easy !

Im having problems with these condenser dryers, some days they heat up some days they dont !
Is it an issue with ambient temp?

The rule book tells you how to reset the 6th sense technology etc but half the time it doesn’t rectify the fault
They are all graded having been returned because customers cant work them out (brand new basically)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is the m/c in an outhouse/cold room? They wont work below a certain temperature, not sure exactly what it is but ill dig it out and post it.

Theyr’e in a normaly heated building

Three of them are working great today ! its beyond me, I keep looking around for Jeremy Beedle
