hallo this call came to us yesterday.client says the water tray light is on saying full when its not.i have not yet come across this model and wonder what sensor this machine would have or what would cause this,thanks richard. 😕

Whip the pump and float assy out and give it a clean. Pump may need replacing as they often stick.
