Currently have an issue that after approximately ten minutes of use the filter light comes on and unit starts bleeping. Removing and cleaning the filter doesn’t seem to help. Reducing the load extends this time, but, down to the point that a single washing machine load requires three – four dryer loads, obviously not ideal! Using the ‘gentle’ button also seems to help, a bit, but generally not a huge amount. I’m guessing the filter isn’t the issue as….

    1) I’ve cleaned / vacuumed the filter cavity out as best as possible.

    2) I ran it accidentally without the filter in place! With exactly the same results…. I’ve two thoughts..

    1) I’m missing a second filter somewhere or

    2) The thermostat / humidity sensor is on it’s way out. Open to suggestions as the manual just says clean the filter! Any help appreciated.

when a dryer senses a fiter blocked what its actually doing is sensing a rise in air temp due to lack of air flow

first thing to check is the outlet hose make sure you are getting a good flow of air out. also make sure dryer is taking in cool dry air because if it takesin the exhaust air same thing will happen
