    Hi I have a customer with a whirlpool washerdrier model AWZ410
    the machine does a full cycle and stops the Drier never comes on

    have tested the 3 stats and the element all seem ok
    am I right in thinking the heater comes on when the control knob is
    in the stop position

    I may be wrong but does the Half Load button have to be selected for the dryer to work on this machine?

    Half load button in i would try

    I’ve been called to a few houses with this problem and always the button not pressed in 😆
