Whirlpool AWZ541/3 stats

I need a stat or stats, if they come as a pair for this fairly recent condensor dryer. The lower stat has failed.

I wouldn’t say it’s a recent dryer, as the 4812 2592 8681 TOC kit is a common failing, Dave even stocks them in his Shop@ 🙂

If the element tags don’t line up by the way, it’s best to replace the whole element assy (includes TOC’s)

These stats are not the common ‘square’ ones that are screw mounted onto the element, they are round ones that are clipped onto the end of the element, right next to the element terminals. Machine is only 2 years old according to customer.

I carry a couple of pairs of TOC36 kits but they are completely different.

Having said that, the ones in the shop look like the correct ones. 😀
