    Hi All, can anyone suggest a remedy; a Whirlpool AWZ650 Condenser Dryer has developed a fault where the drum seems to be noisy and im not sure if is connected but there seems to be a problem with water collection….has anybody come across this before?

    Noises: Front or rear lip of drum breaking up. Belt failing. Drum support pulleys wearing out. Things in blower fans. Blower fans breaking up.
    Water: Channels in base choking up with lint. Strip and clear.

    Power off if investigating.

    Can you advise if the “noisy” repair suggestions are expensive ones and if not are they repairable by a technically minded but novice repairer?
