Whirlpool AWZ7814AL drier no heat.

Whirlpool AWZ7814AL condenser drier. 8575 784 15140. 07 0514 508905.

Machine will not heat. Element OK, thermostats attached to the heater both O K, no power at the element or stats. 😕
While searching for parts, I found a reference to another stat apart from the ones on the heater. It says it is on the exhaust side but I can’t think where it would be.
What is in circuit when the heater is supposed to be running? Has anyone known a PCB to give this ‘no heat’ fault?

Remove front lower panel, Steve – there’s a stat under there. Should be NC. Been getting through a few recently – every one, the machine has had poor venting.

I presume the temperature should cycle on the heater stats, rather than this front one.

4812 282 08008 if that’s what you need.

£18 from my wholesaler of choice – yup, expensive. Probably Whirlpool for you, rather than Connect……..
