Whirlpool AWZ8577 – Filter light on, not drying clothes

Hi

Just replaced the back bearing wheels on this dryer as it was grinding, that has solved it, but on first run the dryer shows a filter light on, cleaned filter and replaced, runs for a few mins then shows filter light on again. It is not drying the clothes properly.

Any ideas?

good chance this is because the element is not in circuit. check wiring and thermostats
