    Hi,
    Have this new type dryer AWZ913 (857578715070) not heating. It is the first i have seen with a smaller element unit. There are 2 thermostats and a ntc on the element. The element and stats measure ok but the pcb is only swiching the element on for 10 seconds at the start of a programme.

    Anyone had the same fault?

    Under the filter at the front there is an NTC, these get crudded up. Also if they are in a cold garage or outhouse they wont work, Im sure this is the machine we had loads of grief with last winter.
