whirlpool azb9750 condenser dryer

went to this m/c for no drum action (broken belt ) while I was there she said it dosn`t always start and the lights flash .changed belt and tried all ok next day we got a call because the dryer wont turn on all three lights flashing just flashing no breaks and m/c wont start. is there a reset prog for this m/c or can any one think of why there flashing.

yep thats the one dave. any chance you could send over the test program and parts diagram.When they say magnet has the motor got a tacho on it or is there a sensor on the belt somewhere.thanks mike

I assume the magnet is on the belt tensioner arm with the reed close by

There is a magnet on front tube and on upper part of front panel you have an reed relay…

positions on exploded view : 6161 and 9991

from the pic it look like the magnet is on the drum and goes round with it. that means machine should run

Try a reset
