    One for you Whirlpool whiz’s.

I have one of these with a faulty stat. Unfortunatly I cannot withdraw the phial from the cabinet. Can anyone advise if this should come out, or will it be held tight by the insulation (foam)? Thanks

Lokring is probably spot on. It is quite common for the tube the capillary goes through to freeze up so defrost overnight and it should come out.
