whirlpool commercial top loader

hi ,i am trying to help a friend out on a whirlpool design 2000 top loader.the motor turns but it does not wash or spin.there is a clicking sort of noise coming from what i would think is the gearbox.it does not seem to have any drive belts.hope somone can help regards tedd.

there is a drive block bettween motor and g/box they snap.m

Part you need is the drive coupling 481932528035 £13.22 list.
Just for the record the appliance is “Heavy Duty” not “Commercial” 😀
