    I have owned this tumble dryer for over 5 years now & never had a problem. In the past few weeks water is no longer collecting in the water tray and is pouring out onto the floor.

    I have checked for blockages and cleaned everything out but this has made no difference. 😥 😥

    Any suggestions or advice please.

    There will be an obstruction somewhere. Often, the only solution is to pull the drum out and split the bottom housing.

    If you are not confident, please get pro help – check the link below for a repairer in your area.

    Power off if investigating further.
