    Hi,

My whirlpool cooker hood (circa 1998) has just stopped working – both fan and light. Have taken it apart and all connections seem OK, and there’s no internal fuse I can see. It’s not on a separate fused circuit either.

Any ideas – is it repair by replacement?

    thanks

As fan and light are controlled by a small pcb/switch unit it seems this might be the cause…….are you sure you have a supply voltage?

If this is built in and removal of the appliance would incur damage to other things such as tiles/units…then have it repaired..

try repairs@ or the directories for a repairer nesr to you….
