Customer just phone her has above built in model when her selects 50 eco programme the machine washers for about 20 mins water gets luke warm are then starts to beep and when he opens the door the rinse light is on and the machine is just draining, has anyone got any ideas before I call

The NTC (temp sensor) is nearly always the fault with these 😉

yip your probaly right been to a few of these recently..runs for about 20 mins ….then fault condition..
new ntc cures prob..

access through bottom kick plate..follow 2 small blue wires from pcb…this will lead you to ntc in sump area…half turn takes it out…

I orderd the part and have only just got access to the appliance, fitted the NTC and its spot on 😀 😀 customer very happy that I had the part on the van he thought I would have to order the bit specailly, also got a tip 😯
