Whirlpool Dish washer 854500015810 hose

I am looking for a hose that fits from the circulation motor to the sump, I know it comes as part of the circulation motor but engineer is sure he has seen a thread on UKWG where a different hose has been used and worked ok. Any ideas please? Cheers Kez

spotted that thread as well K, he said he used the hose that goes from the filter to the pump off a Servis W/M

as discussed in there, its really only a suitable fix for short term repairs, or customers on the tightest budgets. the recommended repair is the proper pump, feedback ive been given is that teh proper pump is more powerful and cleans better. also remember to remind customer that the servis hose fix is a short term repair and that should the pump fail, it wouldnt be covered under a recall. basically if they can afford the new proper circ motor, fit it, as its the most economical repair in the long term
