    Hi

    The door on the dishwasher drops open with no resistance is quite heavy.
    I assume the hinges or springs have failed. Problem is I can’t see how I get to the hinges.

    Hi
    If you take the sides off, you will be able to gain access. The usual part that breaks is the break (sort of half moon shape) which the brake band goes round.
