    I’ve a feeling this is just the door catch assy but it looks ok, I’ve also looked at the hinge springs and guides and they look ok.
    The door springs back open instead of staying shut, am I making a mountain out of a mole hill with this ? 😳

    bottom basket may be in the wrong way round ? has cought me out one or twice over the years :

    It could also be the top spray arm has been off and not fitted back on correctly, take the top basket out and see if door closes ok.

    I did try it without the bottom basket in but not the top one, I’ll tell the customer to try it in the morning…..
