We’ve been using this machine for 2 years with no problem and then, all of a sudden the power seems to have gone on the unit (ie. no LEDs are lighting on the inside panel). I’ve checked out the fuse and kitchen wiring, but all appears well. Unfortunately, it’s a bit difficult to get at the back of the unit as it’s “fitted” into the kitchen.

I don’t have the manual and for some reason the Whirlpool web site does not have an English version to download!! My exact model reference is 854254015710.

Does any one have any advice on what to do next? Is it Engineer time?

    Much appriecated!

Click on the link below for your manual, it is there 😀
It takes a while to load mind you.

If the appliance is totally dead, where does it connect to the power ? Most integrated appliances are connected directly behind them, which means pulling it out of it’s housing.

Apart from that, yes, engineer time. If you pop your postcode up someone here may be able to help, or have a look in the directories.

    Regards

That link for the manual doesn’t work any more (I realise it’s over a year old). Anyone know of a new link?

Whirlpool have changed their whole website since the last time I looked 😯

The manual download link is here:

    http://www.whirlpool.co.uk/app.cnt/whr/ … ifuhome001

But it seems to be in error, it claims to recognise the model number but nothing is available to download 😕

There’s a manual order form link there as well though 🙂

    Dave.
