    Hi ——— The fixing strips which are between the outer door facia and the main inner door have broken, allowing the outer door to become loose and make it difficult to open/close the main door. I have obtained the two replacement plastic strips, but can’t see how to detach the outer door from the main inner door in order to install the new strips.
    Any suggestions would be welcome ————– thanks

    Fully open the door. Slacken screws 2 + 4 on the edge of the door by 2 turns. Partially close the door and push down on the decor panel. You should find that you do indeed have an uncle called Robert.
