    Whirlpool integrated dishwasher.

Fault FA on the display. Looking in the fault codes resource, FA code means OWI faults, PCB or associated wiring.
The OWI…what is it and where is it? And how to sort the problem? (The machine had been reverse filling from the sink trap connection).

It would be fair to say I know sweet FA about the OWI….. 😀 So any help appreciated!!!

    Thanks.

    Steve.

    Hi
The OWI is below the filters in the sump at the 3 o’clock position.
Its a weird shaped plastic unit, you can’t miss it.
They rarely cause problems TBH, its usually the WI (standard water indicator, same position) type that gets clogged up with cack or the membrane fails; that causes the most grief. 😉
