    Hi I have the above dishwasher with the no 12 on the digital display no E or F before it. I can’t power it off or reset it from the buttons I have to plug it out but when I plug it back in the 12 is back and can’t do anything with the m/c has anyone come across this before? I have visually checked both boards but can’t see anything blown.
    The no’s on m/c 869991007820
    IC w61007820100.

    F12 is a communication fault between the 2 boards

    you can check the cable and plugs between them but after that its guess which or both board is faulty and its a hotpoint only job if you cant programme boards

    If you do need to buy a board then you can get them pre-programmed (at no extra charge) from ASWO if you can’t do them yourself.
