    I require a circular fan oven element for a Whirlpool double oven. Un fortunately there are no markings on the oven to tell me model or serial number. The element has the following markings on: 1284 396 IRCA R 230V1500W RL6


    Hope someone can help!

    There are only about 5 or 6 different types fan elements fitted in Whirlpool ovens over the years. To narrow it down how old is the oven?
    Is it a built under oven? and have you a picture of the control panel?

    The model number on these ovens is either on the profile at the r/h side of the main oven door or in older ones it is in the centre of the frame at the bottom of the oven door.

    It is a built under double oven, stainless steel in colour.

    Will try and get pictures shortly, however I have looked all over the oven inside and out, and there are no labels for model number or service number.

    The element has 3 electrical connections to it.

    Did Whirlpool fit a 1500W element?

    If it is built under it is probably a stoves made oven, the most common element is 4812 259 98465

    Should this be 4812 259 98405 and not 4812 259 98465 ?

    The number I gave is the most common one for the built under range, the number you have is the same as 481225928823 which you can find in the shop and fits into most single and double eye level ovens.

    I cant see a picture of the element in the shop but you can see a picture and dimensions HERE

    Looks like model AKP951 and if it is this model the fan element is 481225998465

    I have found the model number under a pile of grease.

    Can you let me know the element I require for thew lower fan oven?

    Fan element for that one is 481242378001
