Whirlpool dryer condensation in drum

Hi all, this one is acting up not drying ect, I’ve cleaned the evaporator, comp is running pump is pumping away water but still not drying properly any tech info appreciated

Feels cool ,,not very cold , maybe 10 degrees , I think they’ve changed the evaporator cover filter material to something that’s too dense , could be blocking airflow, this would cause a problem
