This dishwasher flashes 7 times which indicates a f7 fault code.

I understand it is the flow meter error. I have not taken the dishwasher out to inspect closely as it’s built in and I was pressed for time.

I decided to take a gamble to order the parts. Which parts do I need to order?

    The reed contact?
    The can measuring jug?
    The water valve?

From experience, I rarely have to replace the water valve. Am I right I assuming that the reed contact being the culprit? Does the can measuring jug have the reed contact included? Would I be better off to get the can measuring jug instead of the reed?

    Matt

give plug at reed switch a wee clean and a squeeze, worst case you need a new one, the pressure switch in sump can also give this error if the black grids all choked with grease

If this is the case, do I need to replace the pressure switch or give it a clean?

It is the reed contact switch. When I turned it on, no water came through then an error code of F6 came on.

I had to check it out and it dawned on me that I forgot to turn the tap on. There’s me worried then!

Glad it is all working well. Thanks for the help.
