Good morning. Our dishwasher, a DWF B10 (ADG957?) has just developed a fault. About halfway through a wash cycle, the machine drains down and we get the audible beep. Open the door and the rinse light is on and the power/run (?) light is flashing a sequence of three flashes followed by a pause. This repeats. The audible warning and light sequence can be cleared by holding down the run button. The inside of the machine is cold as well although I would have thought that it had run long enough to heat the water. Any suggestions please? Many thanks in advance.

Time out heat. Heater failure most likely, possible wiring/computer problems.

Stay safe, power off if investigating.

    Penguin45,

    many thanks.

Pulled the power and the leads for mthe heater which shows open circuit.

There is power on the heater feed during the wash cycle so looks like the culprit is the heater.

    Many thanks

Heater is p/no 4812 259 28684 – if you mail that through to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk they’ll get one for you promptly.
