    Hi there
This washer seems to constantly leave small particles of dirty crytalised residue in the upper inside of glassware. I live in a soft water area and have rarely added salt. The stuff is very difficult to remove and requires soaking and hand washing. Any ideas ?

    Any healp appreciated. PaulW

Have a little read of this:

    for some general guidance.

In addition, check the obvious – rotors clear, filters not choked. It is advisable to still use salt in the machine, regardless of water softness. A certain amount will still be used by the softener circuits.

Perhaps you could advise what cleaning agent you are using? Long experience suggests that sticking with powder and rinse aid as separates produces the best results.

    HTH,
