    Hi guys.

The door brake levers have broken and the door has crashed forward.

I`ve changed brake levers and strips on both sides and the door latch assy but the door will not stay shut.

Its obvious the door has gone out of position. The latch striker has no adjustment on it so I`m wondering if a`reworking of the striker `might work ie cut it shorter, fix it to the top of the dishwasher with a bar and self tappers therefore allowing adjustment.

Has anybody had this problem before and been able to sort it out.
Any suggestions would be helpfull as my customers are pensioners and can`t afford a new dishwasher.

    Thanks.

    Chris.

remove the door. (take off brake bands etc) and the 2 hinge pins that support the door on the chassis will be bent inwards. Simply bend these out ( a stout pair of pliars or a socket over the pins will achieve this) so they are parrallel with the front of the machine. re fit door and bands and it will be a fix.
