    Hi,
I have just bought a flat with a DWF415 dishwasher, trying to make this work and perhaps you can help.
It starts, seems to take in water then after a few mins, pumps it out and the indicator lights flashes 7 times.
    The service number is 8545 415 15710.
    Serial No. is 330446003276

I have cleaned all filters including the one in the water hose and in the water inlet to the dishwasher. In the hose connection at the back of the washer I found a purple plastic non return valve which I have removed as it was positioned such that that water would never have entered the washer!!

    All help appreciated.

This machine senses the water level by an impellor device mounted in the fill matrix on the left hand side of the machine. The computer is not reading a signal from it. The connector causes problems on this device – often removing it, giving it a squeeze and refitting it will solve the problem. If not the impellor sensor or computer may be at fault.

    Power off, if investigating.
