    Hi.

I have moved into a property that had a whirlpool dishwasher (dwh b10) its been working fine but the last few days its been having problems…one to be exact.

The ‘Low salt indicator’ at the top is a constant red light and i know the salt is full (i even added another bag to be safe) and when i set the dishwasher to on, i have tried all settings, it sounds as if it is starting, i hear a draining sounds initially and then i hear a humming sound as if it is starting and after maybe a good 1 -2 mins it dies down and nothing happens from then on. The dishwasher doesnt make any beeping noises nor any other indication apart from the red constant light on the S shaped ‘low salt level’ indicator on the door. I don’t really fancy forking out for a new dishwasher as ive just spent all my money moving into this house but it may be worth saving it – Please help 🙁

Might be worth mentioning that if there is water at the bottom it does drain it away and after i turn it on and if i leave it for a while there will be a slight puddle of water at the bottom.

any advice will be very much appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

    Denny
