    Customer phoned on sons behalf, display showing F27, anyone know what this error code is?

    Hmm, found it but it says it should only display when machine is in test mode?


    Reverse relay failure

    This fault code will only be shown when the test cycle is in operation.

    The electronic controller has detected that the main drive motor can only run in one direction.

    Ha, at my age I can hardly remember what I did yesterday let alone 18 months ago. I’m guessing it wasn’t resolved or I may have remembered.

    I will see if I can find the info that John sent me.

    Can you give me any model number you have?
