Whirlpool AWE 6516 (8593 6511 0060)
Has error codes and service light on.
Led 1, 3, 4, 5 showing. (time delay 1h, 6h, 8h, 12h,)
Start machine, drum rotates 3 times then stops with error code.
All components fine so assume its software problem.
Any advice would be great. Cheers.
Re: whirlpool fault codes.
Finally got through to the “people” at whirlpool uk after 15 mins waiting only to find the “service” they offer is about as good as the bearings on indesit machines.
After endless trying managed to get access to Scc service where I found the led error sequence codes and display fault codes. Turns out the fault is the same as F23- pressure switch failure.
Pressure switch tests ok. Put replacement switch on, ran test programme-same fault.
Board fault confirmed. part no. 4812 2147 0147.
