    Hi Geoff,

All the Whirlpool fault codes are in the “known error codes” thread, 1st thread in this forum.

    Hi Geoff
It may be worth removing and cleaning the pressure bottle (next to heater) and checking operation and contacts on pressure switch. 😉

    Hi Geoff
Had one doing the same yesterday . Check the waste hose is not siphoning the water away. Has the customer moved machine? Also check the contacts on the pressostat.
Hope this points you in another direction as you have changed the valve.

Thanks guys, haven’t checked pressure system. Went straight for the kill and changed valve.

Did you change the cold valve? Had a call yesterday where the valve was intermittantly playing up. I changed just the coil and all is well.
