Hello
I’m having a problem with my Whirlpool for IKEA combo fridge/freezer. It seems that it goes into a limbo state where compressor is not turning on. If I hit it from above then the ignitor starts and compressor starts, otherwise it just goest into red-light flashing mode which means that temperature is too high.
I have disassembled the motherboard and I think that either one of the capacitors are broken/lost their functionality in some way, thought there are no physical signs for that(nothing burned) or that ignitor RT314024 is faulty in some way. After reading your excellent forum I think that it might just be something of those two or in the worst case scenario some kind of glitch in cables.
Anyways I have taken the photo of the motherboard for you guys to see and help me if possible.
