I have a whirlpool built in fridge ( no freezer section) and it is warm inside.
There is a rumbling noise as normal when switched on.
There was a large lump of ice inside the top of the fridge which i have defrosted.
After defrosting and switching on for about an hour the temp is down to only 13deg.

The fridge is an ARG 992 K/1/G/R, ser no. could be 853499215300, or 509919011259.

The fridge has been on over night and has only got down to 10deg. There is frost forming at the top rear corner of the fridge.

    Hi
It sounds to me like the refrigerant has become low, possibly down to a poor joint. Failing that you may be unlucky and either have a blockage in the system or a weak compressor.
You are going to need pro help to identify which you have.
