    Hi!
I have a Whirlpool side-by-side fridge with ice maker (although it is not currently connected to any water supply). The alarm started beeping and the display showed error F01{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and the warning symbol. The freezer temperature was no longer displayed (there were two dashes instead of it). However, the freezer seems to be working properly while the refrigerator is barely cool. I tried to reset it by switching it off but nothing changed afterwards, the error F01{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} disappeared but the warning symbol was still there and the freezer temperature wasn’t showed…

I am not able to find the fridge manual as it doesn’t have the sticker with the model so I was wondering if you may have any idea of what it’s going on…

    Thanks in advance!

without the model you will have to hope someone knows this code

have you pulled salad trays out etc as they tend to hide the stickers

also look round the back for any bar codes as in the bar code is normally a 12Nc number which is even better than the model
