Whirlpool Fridge Freezer Problems–Please HELP

HELP PLEASE !!

I have a Whirlpool S20B RSS 31-A/G
other numbers are 8586 151 15010 and 11 030600552

I have the following problems:
Flashing temperatures for fridge and freezer and the orange water filter indicator.

We have just changed the water filter, but cannot stop the orange light flashing, even after keeping the reset button pressed

The ice maker has not worked for a couple of years, and if you do turn it on, water leaks onto the floor.

When using the water dispenser, you sometimes get the surgeing and light flashing on and off, or just the lights flashing in sync with the flashing on the front panel.

Now we think water is leaking out, even with the ice maker turned off
Can we just turn off the water on the wall?

The fridge and freezer are keeping the correct temperatures

Please help with any advice –we are getting very concerned

Yes and that’d be the the first thing to do IMO.

I don’t know enough about these machines to advice much more than that in all honesty, but a few of the guys are familiar with them. I would expect that you have the usual module problems though by the sounds of it. 🙁
