    Hi folks,

    Over recent months our machine started to develop a clicking sound from the back of the unit and the water dispenser started to deliver in splutters (unless fridge door was opened at same time).
    I have read some posts only to find this quite a common occurence, the resolution normally being a new PCB at the back and maybe at the front too.

    My question is how can I tell from my model number etc if my machine needs only the back PCB or the front one as well?

    Model No: S20B RBB20-A/G
    Serial No’s: 858615215001 110407033602

    Also, are these boards easy enough to fit oneself.

    In your case you should be able to get it going by fitting just the back board.
