I purchased a Whirlpool ARC 7412 fridge freezer 10 months ago, i have had the service engineer out 3 times due to bad frosting in the freezer compartment. He condemned the machine due to bad door alignment and ordered a replacement. That arrived and within 2 weeks the frosting of the freezer compartment started again the next service engineer then replaced the printed circuit board and the thermostat. This did not correct the problem and so on the next visit the machine was replaced.I am now the owner of another Whirlpool fridge freezer that wont stop frosting up in the freezer compartment?? Any ideas why this keeps happening?
Hi
Possibilties –
1/ Door not sealing
2/ Next to a heat source ie cooker
3/ Fitted in a cabinet (It is a freestanding appliance)
4/ Poor insulation of door and/or cabinet in manufacture.
