This oven is running cooler to the tune of 30-35 degrees. Select 180 and it is controlling at about 145-150 as measured on an oven temp gauge. I know these things are notoriously unreliable, but the customer is definitely aware that it is not as hot as it should be. The fan runs ok. I have measured current flow at the control unit, and the element is cutting in/out. No fault codes displayed.
Now, the question is: what do I go for? The temp sensor or the control unit?
    Cheers,

Sorry dave, Missed your last post.

Not many temp sensors fitted on these they are usualy pretty reliable and accurate, if oven not getting to temp I would go for the ccu.

One thing worth noting, how long was the oven on for when the temp was taken, it will take at least 30 minutes to get up to 200. It could also be the hinges, sometimes they get weak and there is a noticeable play at the top of the door causing heat loss.

Thanks for that, John. Oven was on for a good 25-30 minutes. I monitored cycling of the element at the ccu and it was cutting in/out ok. Hinges ok. Oven is not that old, about 4 years, but she said it’s been like that from new.
