Whirlpool Generation 2000+ cooker-hood filters??

Hi,

I’m trying to find a carbon/charcoal filter for a Whirlpool Generation 2000+ cooker hood. It’s the charcoal-filled ‘drum’ that i need – it’s just under about 12″ in diameter.

Sadly the ‘manual’ for the hood gives no part numbers or specifications, and B&Q where we bought it from only stocks filters that are way too small for it.

Anyone know what the part number is, and indeed where i might find one?

Generation 2000 is the generic name for a lot of B&Q appliances. If you take the cover off you will see a label with a number 12 digits long starting with 85

Post that number and someone will come up with the info you want.
