whirlpool generation 2000 display fault

Hi all,
Can anyone advise weather the fault on the attached image is the display pcb or power board or some strange error code?

As ever all help is appreciated.

Customer says is a g2p62f/ss model and the first letter is a “t” and the last is a “L” the middle seems to be some symbol.
i thought this was just a display or pcb issue as doesn’t look like an error code but might be wrong.

think you may be right and the owners manual shows a date of aug 2001 so it looks like it may be up to 15 year old
