Hi all new user here i have a intergrated whirlpool gen 2000, everytime i start the program no matter what program it trips straight to the rinse program is it a scrapper or can i get this fixed, so far i can find no-one that fixes dishwashers in my area (redditch)

Model number, please Snoopy. Label down edge of door will have a three letter, three or four number model on it.

It does sound like a user board issue….. Have you tried cancelling off the programme completely? Press and hold the start button until the lamp goes out, shut the door, drain pump should run for approximately one minute. When it stops you should be able to reprogramme it.

Pressed the start button the light went out and beeped set a new program and exactly the same just trips to the rinse setting actually it wont even rinse it trips straight to the final drain and beeps to say finished

PCB is 4812 218 38169. Be very sure that this what you need, it’s likely to be expensive!
